Designated Grower Agreement Approval Forms & Procedures

According to Washington state medicinal marijuana laws a designated grower needs only to be "registered" in some form with his community in order to function as a designated grower for an authorized patient.  The most simple and inexpensive way to accomplish this is to file for a state business license (You can do this online) as a proprietorship business whose function  is:  "Providing educational, administrative, and labor assistance to positive community co-op outreach programs".


In about ten days you will receive the license in the mail with the (DBA.. "doing business as")"creative business name" you filed it under...  After you have received your license you can also help register others by keeping a database of those that  you assist to become  legal designated caretaker's (growers)..
